Refund Policy

CourseFlip offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period ends and a subscription charge is made, no refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of any subscription period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings to prevent future charges.

Annual plan payments are non-refundable once the trial period has ended. You retain access to the Platform for the full annual period you have paid for. If you choose to cancel an annual plan early, your access continues until the end of the paid period with no partial refund issued.

Refunds for course purchases are entirely at the discretion of the individual seller. CourseFlip does not process, guarantee, or mediate student refunds. Students must contact the seller directly regarding any refund requests. CourseFlip accepts no liability for a seller's refund decisions.
